Responsibilities as the Billing Coordinator:
- Prepare itemized invoices
- Keep track of electronic invoicing for key clients
- Maintain incoming cases, closing cases, and perform conflict checks
- Updating client guidelines
Qualifications for Billing Coordinator:
- Elite or Aderant software experience is a huge plus!
- Billing experience in a professional services environment or transitional experience
- Computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fast Paced worker
